We apologize for having a low response rate lately. We are doing everything we can to keep moving forward with our limited resources under the current circumstances. We have been shipping your items gradually based on your pledge numbers.
The majority of Snapbags have already been shipped. As per our timeline, we estimate that all the remaining items will be successfully cleared from fulfillment and sent for shipping within 3 weeks.
We thank those of you who have been sharing your experiences with us. Thanks to your feedback, we realized that the glue used for packaging might be coming off with time, causing a probability for the package to open while with the carrier. We are now looking for new packaging methods to use on new orders.
Please note that all rewards are shipping from the US. If you are located outside the US, some tariff fees might apply to your perk depending on your country’s laws and regulations. We are taking your feedback into consideration and exploring ways to address this challenge for our international clients in the future.
We are looking into your feedback and unanswered messages and we will be addressing them gradually.
